Project Management Cycle Training
Training on Project Cycle Management (PCM), organizational skills, budgeting and financial sustainability for 27 non-governmental organizations providing social services to vulnerable children, adults, victims of trafficking and domestic violence and the elderly through European Union-funded sub-grants.
The overall objective of the training is to enhance the capacities and improve the knowledge of sub-grantees on project management, on using strategic planning in their work and in understanding and implementing the Project Cycle Management (PCM) process. The training also aims to enhance their skills in drafting project proposals and strategic documents based on participatory planning processes and logical framework approaches, to enhance their knowledge on monitoring and evaluation, including financial sustainability for long-term provision of quality services for vulnerable groups.
The training was organized within the framework of the project “Support for better social services for the most vulnerable groups”, funded by the European Union Kosovo and co-funded by the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida - Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete), implemented by Save the Children in Kosova/o in partnership with the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research.
