Recognizing the significance of this vital skill, Save the Children Kosova/o organized a comprehensive training module on 'Class Management for Children 0-3' specifically designed for educators from partner public institutions in Ferizaj, Gjilan, Peja, and Prizren.

The training module on 'Class Management for Children 0-3' covered a wide range of topics essential to creating an optimal learning environment for young learners. Educators got introduced to strategies that promote positive behavior, foster engagement, and encourage active participation among children. They learned effective techniques for establishing routines and managing transitions, as well as methods for promoting social-emotional development and building positive relationships with their students.
