Save the Children Kosova/o had the pleasure of hosting representatives from Sida Sweden and Swedish Embassy in Kosovo for a visit to SCiK programme sites, where visitors had the chance to meet with Project team, partner Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and Child Led Groups (CLG) who are part of “Strenghtening Civil Society” project, funded by Sida Sweden.

In their discussion with our CSO partners, the representatives learned more about the CSOs partnership with Save the Children Kosova/o in supporting the fulfillment of children’s rights and empowering #children and their communities.

Moreover, they also met with different child-led groups such as:  Respect our Rights, Um za Decu, and child-led advocacy group of children with disabilities Our Voice, in order to understand the overall situation in advancing the child rights agenda and advocating for child participation and monitoring mechanisms to bring greater accountability, increase public investment, and better child rights governance by public institution.
